In terms of materials, the PRO-MAX 46137 incorporates a nano-level composite material system, achieving an impressive weight energy density of 190 Wh/kg and a volumetric energy density of 490 Wh/L. Each cell boasts a monolith capacity of 30Ah.
Structurally, the battery features a robust steel shell combined with a directional controllable venting design, ensuring that the cell remains deformation-free throughout its entire lifecycle. It successfully passes rigorous tests including nail penetration, thermal runaway, overcharge, and over-discharge, significantly enhancing overall safety. Additionally, the full-pole ear structure dramatically reduces internal resistance to just 0.8 mΩ—a reduction of over 90% compared to traditional battery structures.
